HOW SAFE ARE YOU?
If you think you don't need this piece of vital information, well, think again! Let me remind you that that's exactly what most victims thought before they where caught at unawares!!
I am a crime reporter and a crime fiction writer ( The Naked Land,The Masters' Games; www.theunknownauthor.net). I Investigate and research deep into criminal activities.I hate to see naive, and innocent people becoming victims.But worse of all I hate it even more when I see that a lot of these victim could have avoided it, if only they were safety conscious; if only they had their inbuilt Automatic Defense Mechanism [ ADM] in place.
The world is becoming something else.Everything is on the fast lane and people are desperate to become rich, you know, the get-rich-or-die-trying syndrome. Ethical values and morality is seriously challenged. Drug peddling and use is on the rise.And the social system is rapidly breaking down.
Crime rate is high and climbing in every major city in the world.Just google the words-crime rate in major cities, and you will be shocked that even as you are reading this vital information right now someone is being raped, robbed, or even murdered somewhere. Near or far.
The question- How Safe Are You is only a matter of how informed you are about crime.The very nature,and the intricacies of it. And African proverbs says, a warrior does not die in a battle he is already aware of.Sensible. Why? Because he is never caught off-guard but well prepared far it!
The answer is what I call Personal Safety Intelligence! This will keep you SAFE in today's tempestuos world. Most crimes are avoidable! The victims were either just too naive of it all or brought themselves to the wrong place, the wrong time.Or both. Now to be secure in today's world means you have to have a great deal of PSI. That is, a lot of case study about crime and an alert and intelligent mind on the go.PSI is information.And information. And information the right time could have averted the 9/11 attack and several others around the globe.
PSI, you can get a good dose of it by reading a lot of CRIME FICTIONS, and getting some too, from crime reports on Dailies and TV broadcasts. But above all, crime fictions LOAD you up to the brim with a lot of information about the MINDSET AND MODUS OPERANDI of criminals.Crime fictions are not really untrue stories as wrongly thought of by some people, but real or possible happenings creativele penned by writer for information and entertainment. With more of this in your head the safer you are once you apply ADM.And that is nothing but the applied part of PSI.That is when you learn to study your evironment, walk down that alley with an alert mind, learn not to stupidly trust strangers etc.

Living in high-crime neighborhood
Failing to report suspects to the police
Camping in unsafe places
Falling victims to get rich quick offers
Not being safety consciuos
Trusting strangers-terrorists have often employed this to wrought havoc on people.
